Refund And Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your transaction, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-refundable/returnable items:

Deposits
Purchased or used Playcodes
Transfers made by you to another user account(s)
Issues arising from Cash paid you through a 3rd party account

Late refund Reversed Payments

If money was paid you and you’re having issues accessing the money or you’re yet to receive alert, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time or bank network issues. So we recommend you wait for 24 – 48 hours and after that you can contact us if nothing has been done about it. If we discover that the payment was reversed or bounced, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
